Baby TV Dinners?

Bubeaner woke up crying in the middle of the night.  He would not settle down and was not even be distracted by food or the mobile phone!  That made Momma worry.  No interest in food or gadgets?!?  His tummy was pretty hard probably due to a possible tummy ache.  Eventually he settled down and slept with Momma the remainder of the night.  He woke up fine and with a massive dirty diaper confirming the tummy ache.  The nursery had to be aired out!  But Bubeaner was better, which was the important thing. 

We picked up great aunt Raquel and cousin Abdon early this morning to join us for the women's church group.  Abdon stayed at church nursery.  Bubeaner could have stayed too but Momma is not to that point yet.  Bubeaner charmed the grandmothers again.  He continues to be a big flirt.  He is getting more comfortable moving around and took off right away on the walker.  He was a little more fussy whenever he could not see Momma.  Momma 

had to be in his line of vision at all times.  But he entertained himself during the 3 hours.

Aunt Pau and the Aggie Bubeaner...

well, a NMSU Aggie in any case.

There was no problem getting him to take his nap today.  He was exhausted from the trip to pick up aunt Raquel and all that flirting.  In the evening, he had his first "big boy' dinner.  He was not too thrilled about it and took a lot longer eating.  After tasting it, Momma discovered it had no salt or seasoning of any kind.  Apparently, people that make baby food don't believe babies have a sense of taste.  His favorite part of the dinner was the applesauce.  i

The puppies on the other hand were on guard for any dropped morsels.

They had no issues with the taste.

Bubeaner had a fun and relaxing bath afterwards.  He has become a wiggle worm moving every which way during his bath!  Thankfully, bath time is not as stressful since we are not high on the counter although we still have to be alert since he moves so much.  Soon we may even move to baths without his baby tub... maybe.

Tonight, he complained a little again at dinner and his tummy was a little hard again.  We will keep an eye on it.
