Bita left for home today. The house feels so empty without her. Bubeaner has not yet really noticed because we've been busy outside the home. Tomorrow will be pretty interesting with no Bita and aunt Pau back at work.
Bubeaner did decide to show off today for aunt Pau. He was practically running while holding on to only one hand. And he was running! Of course, he refused to cooperate on Dad came home. We are convinced that Bubeaner will be walking on his own before Christmas.
Bubeaner's face actually looks a little worse today. The scratches are healing great but the bruises are starting to really show up. It looks pretty bad, but it does not appear to be painful and bother him.
We are still missing Bevo. And Miss Debbie has been great in giving us daily updates on how he's doing. Bevo has a new fan in Miss Debbie. And we are discovering that Sandy is not as innocent as we thought. She has been acting up.

The second or third day is always the worst for a bruise or scratch. It'll start to look better soon. Remember: Pain is temporary, Glory is forever, and Chicks did scars.
My boys are going to have lots of scars for chicks to dig, and it sounds like Bubeaner is heading that way too.
