Wednesday, November 19, 2008 2:57 AM, CST Tuesday was a good day. John continues to gain weight. He is now 2364g (5 lbs 3.4 oz)! He is now nipple feeding every other meal. And his intake was increased to 47cc. We are also now doing "nutritive" breastfeeding. Hopefully, this won't cause him to lose or slow down in gaining weight.
John is also doing a great job at maintaining his temperature above 98 F. He has mastered the open crib.
And the heart rate and O2 drops continue to be less frequent, less intense. More importantly John continues to pull out of them without assistance.
